RESERVATION

1. You must have more than 21 years to be able to make the reservation, have an identification document and a credit or debit card.
2. All requested services must be paid in advance with Credit Card or debit at the exchange rate US $ 1 x Q.7.5
3. The data entered are responsibility of the client, since Antigua Rentals only copies the data provided.
4. The waiting time according to the schedule established by the client will be 30 minutes, after that time a count will be made and for each hour exceeded, US $ 5 will be charged per wait.
5. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours it will be taken as NO SHOW and the vehicle will stop being at your service.
6. The customer must provide the correct information for each service.
7. No refunds for services canceled or NO SHOW
8. In case of changes in schedules and dates can be made with 48 hours minimum of anticipation.

During the service

1.It is forbidden to consume food or drinks inside the vehicle without proper care, accidents caused to buses will have an additional charge of US $ 50 to clean the same

3. It is forbidden to scratch or paint the upholstery and the interior of the buses.

VACATION RENTALS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To reserve

1. To book any of our properties you must be over 26 years old and present identification
2. An initial payment of 50% is required at the time of booking; the remaining 50% will be charged 1 week before your arrival.
3. The payment can be made by Credit Card a 3% will be added at final amount. The exchange rate will be US $ 1 x Q. 7.5; you can also make the payment by bank transfer or deposit to a local bank account in Guatemala.
4. Cancellations: All cancellations cost US $ 85 for administrative expenses.
A) In case of cancelling 60 days before your arrival we will be refunding the initial payment less the cost of cancellation.
B) In case of cancelling between 60 days before your arrival you will lose the initial payment.
C) In case of cancelling within the last 7 days of your arrival you will lose 100% of the payment.
5. Changes in reservations:
A) If you want to change the dates please let us know 45 days prior to your arrival; Calendars will be checked and availability of the rented or similar property will be informed for approval and the respective changes will be made at no cost. If you change the property and it is of another cost, adjustments must be made to the initial price.

During your stay:

1. Check in between 12pm to 6pm; if your check-in time is not during these hours, there will be an additional cost of US$10 per arrival after office hours.
2. Check out – until 10am; if your departure schedule is exceeded will be charged 50% of the value of a night, amount that will be debited from the deposit for damages.
3. It is forbidden to exceed the limit of confirmed guests in the reservation; otherwise you lose 100% deposit for damages.

10. The property has the following utilities included in the rent: internet, electricity up to US $ 50, garbage collection service.
11. The properties do not include amenities or articles of daily consumption.
12. The properties do not have a cleaning service, in case you need it, will have an additional cost US $ 20 for 4 hours of service (additional hour US $ 5)
13. The property is delivered completely clean, with 1 set of bed linen and towels according to capacity.
14. At the moment when you check out the property you must leave everything in order and clean, trash collection and bed linen and towels in each respective room on the bed.

11. Areal tours, the customer must make use of the equipment provided in each aircraft and follow the proper instructions.
12. In the event of Aircraft accidents due to technical failures of the aircraft, the airline contracted by Antigua Rentals will be responsible in case of any accident.
